I am fairly sure that you will need to install the games again on the new computer from your BFG Account page, but if you locate the Roaming Folder on the new computer following the same procedure as above and place your copied files there, you should be OK - for most games.
They contain your profiles and Saved Games. In this Roaming Folder you will see a list of developers and games that you have installed on your computer.
My Computer/the Main Drive C:/Users/Your Name/AppData/Roaming I hope you are using a PC, as I don't know how to do this on a Mac.
Most of your profiles and saved games are stored in a folder on the main drive of your computer which is different to the folder containing your games.
